i found the location very walkable to main attractions. the room we booked was a collection club king and had high ceilings with floor to roof window.

the unexpected closure of the level 5 swimming pool was dissapointing. we were not notified until check-in, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. plus, some cocktails at the bar downstairs was difficult to drink.

Really good Green Oasis Stay

The hotel's architecture impressed me greatly. The staff was cute and warm to the children in our group. Brent, the bell hopper, was particularly kind and attentive to the kids. Felicia at the front desk efficiently handled our check-in and check-out processes.

The absence of readily available information about the hotel's unique architecture was a slight disappointment. I hoped for some reading material on its design.

Valerie at the front desk welcomed us warmly and answered all our questions with a smile. Brent provided really good assistance with our luggage, everything was safely transported. Faustine and Dong Hao also contributed to making our stay nice..

Our room was spacious, and it featured a very comfortable massive bed. The room also had a fine view of the surrounding area. There was a huge walk-in shower. The hotel offers drinking water from the tap for tee and coffee.

The pool provided a relaxing environment. I liked the easy access to the private lounge on the 16th floor. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails were available with a lovely view. The fitness center was well-equipped.
